What to avoid when stressed?

Stress is a way in which the body reacts to a particular situation. Stress can be a combination of mental, emotional and physical factors. Stress can be healthy in certain situations. Stress can become overwhelming, causing serious health problems. Mental issues are common, but physical problems are also very common. Stress management is crucial. It is important to select healthy coping strategies. Unluckily, unhealthy eating habits are often used by many people to cope with stress. Some people find that comfort foods improve their mood temporarily. It can also cause long-term damage to the health of their mental and physical health.
