All the eggs started cracking
Two days had passed since the eggs were discovered. The tarp did a great job protecting the eggs against the weather and predators. As more and more eggs cracked, it was only a matter of time before they hatched.

The fourth day was finally here. Hans checked the eggs and noticed that one was empty. He searched around in a panic, but could not find the baby.
He invited his daughters over and they all waited together for the eggs to hatch.
