He dug a hole in his yard and all the neighbours were jealous

Other People Have Thought the Same About a Bunker

There may not be a war in America at the moment but many people choose to build a bunker inside their house. During the Cold War, the American government encouraged people to build bunkers and fallout shelters in their yards and basements.

The roof of the bunker should be made strong and secure. Shelters in the 1960s were not very good, but today people have more information and resources available.

The Bunker Business Boom

As foreign relations became tense, and Americans prepared for wartime situations, bunker-building businesses began to do a lot of business in 2017. As the future seemed uncertain, demand for bunkers increased.

Clyde Scott, the owner of Rising Bunkers, a business in Texas, said that his business had reached a record high in 2016-2017. His sales increased by at the very least 400%, and he now has a business worth $10 million. The Independent reported this.
You may be surprised by the total cost!
