When seeking a job promotion, creativity is a must. Managers love employees who think outside the box. They are looking for creativity.

You can be creative and use your imagination to come up with innovative ideas and solutions for various business problems. Your creativity can be used to communicate and collaborate constructively with teams and members. This makes it more appealing to managers who are looking for candidates to fill promotional roles.

Teamwork
