Choose low-fat protein and eat meat. Shellfish and fish are low-fat seafood. White meat from poultry, such as turkey, is also available to individuals. Pork tenderloin can be a good option for those who prefer a meat with heft. You can also get enough protein without eating meat. Two of the most popular choices are eggs and peanut butter. Tofu and soy products can be used.
