What is it: A refrigerator that comes to you when you call
Invented: 2017
Average price:$5,000*

The Japanese Walking Fridge, designed by Panasonic, will appeal to fans of Requiem For A Dreamor Black Mirror. When you call, the Walking Fridge will come to you. Panasonic Moving Fridge has a built-in LIDAR. The light sensors and depth sensors will allow the fridge to move to you without hitting anything.

The 600-pound mini fridge will come to you when you call it. Panasonic designed the refrigerator for people with mobility issues or elderly people, but it can be used by anyone. Your pets may be scared by the fridge.

This little fridge may seem like a dangerous thing to run over or even to ram into, but numerous safety tests have proven that it is the most safe way to transport food from its corner to your hand.
