Japanese inventions that changed the way we live and travel

15. Muscle Shirt

What is it: It’s a white t-shirt that has fake muscles built in
Invented: 2016
Average price:$179*

The Danrich Muscle Shirt could be the answer to your problem if you want muscles, but do not want to go to a gym. This white tee is made from a mixture of polyester and polyurethane. The shirt has six built-in muscle pads that make you appear more muscular. The shirt is available in two sizes: small/medium and large/medium.

The Danrich Muscle Shirt features pads on the pecs and shoulders, as well as in the arms, back and back. It is best worn under a tee-shirt or other more fitted clothing. The shirt is available for $179 but it’s sold out at sites like Japan Trend Shop.

The shtick seems convincing enough to justify the price. The shirt has also been praised for being comfortable and breathable despite the added fluff.
