Japanese inventions that changed the way we live and travel

53. Mini Napkins with Chewing Gum

What is ? It’s a container of gum with tiny napkins
Invented: 2019
Average price: $5-15.00*

This invention is not new. You know how you feel when you are chewing gum and it has lost its taste. There isn’t always an available trash can or piece of spare paper. Japanese inventors solved this problem by adding a small pad of paper to their gum canisters.

This invention doesn’t raise the price of chewing gum much. It hasn’t yet made it to US companies like Hershey or Mars. This little post-it pad is almost free (and much more convenient).
