The bride and groom still had a wonderful wedding despite the negative remarks. They don’t give a damn what people think. They married each other because they were in love. The negative comments of others didn’t bother them. Her family and friends weren’t alone in their unwillingness to keep their opinions private.
Ideal of Beauty
Both the bride and groom are not up to the standards of beauty we hold in today’s world. This says more about the ideals we have of beauty, than about them. They are in love and do not care about appearances. Maybe they’re more evolved than us.
