When motivation fails, here are 10 ways to keep going.

3. Leading

Lead is derived from the German word “leiten” and means to “guide”. In its original usage, the leader would hold the flag in front of the battle or procession.

You’ll see that there is a common theme. Motivation is like pushing people behind. We must lead by example. Do you lead by example, both physically and morally? Do you lead the way? Are you able to continue, even when faced with challenges? Leaders do so willingly.

4. Genius

Ever considered that you could be a genius yourself? You excel in a particular field of activity. You are a genius.

All of us have a talent that is on the level of a genius. It is important to recognize, acknowledge, accept and fully utilize that high-level talent so that it expands the possibilities each day.

You may already be working in your genius all day. If you don’t, then seek out opportunities that come with knowing, embracing, and implementing your genius. Once you have found this flow, motivation is no longer necessary.
