Blocking the car
Davis strategically placed his cruiser on the left lane in order to prevent the Honda from overtaking. He was ready to tell the Honda driver to stop, but the Honda driver had other ideas.
The white car, which was able to use the right lane, easily maneuvered around Davis on a road that was relatively clear of traffic.
