According to experts, consuming medium-chain triglyceride oil improves gut health. This oil is known to help balance the bacteria in a person’s microbiota. This leads to improved digestion. When the gut bacteria is balanced, patients tend to absorb vitamins and minerals better. The MCTs found in this oil also kill bacteria and viruses that can cause digestive problems. Candida and staphylococcus are two examples. This treatment improves digestive problems such as diarrhea, stomachaches in general, constipation and food-poisoning.
